Abstract
Antenna array directivity, vital for RF communication, is explored using 2x2 to 64x64 arrays. Matlab simulations at 3.6 GHz with a 30-degree tilt reveal directivity increases with array size: 6.02 dB (2x2) to 36.12 dB (64x64). SNR also improves, from 125 dB to 155.10 dB. A Random Forest Regressor achieves an R-squared of 0.991, optimizing performance. This study emphasizes the need for directivity optimization in modern wireless antenna designs.
